Waiter, There’s a Gene in my Soup!

            General Mills, along with many other large manufactures such as kraft, have been known to use products from genetically modified products. Gerneral mills is one of the largest cereal producers, and  has been using corn that has been genetically engineered and modified. It is believed up to 85% of all corn found in products in grocery stores contain these GMO's, Monsanto being a large chunk of that. Until today, and with the recent elections, these modified products do not need to be labeled on food products on the shelves in stores under the FDA.
